Health Claims

Why do we say relatively little about our food supplements?

Legislation gives little leeway to inform about food supplements. The so-called "Health Claim Regulation" (EU Regulation 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims) protects consumers from misleading advertising claims or promises of efficacy.

Therefore, it is unfortunately hardly possible for us to make concrete statements about many products. Please inform yourself elsewhere, the contexts are extensively documented, for example online or in libraries.
