XCT oil is made 100% from caprylic acid (C-8) and capric acid (C-10) at a concentration six times higher than in conventional coconut oil or MCT oil.

XCT Oil provides a rapid boost of energy and can be put to full use by the body. XCT is fully metabolised can cannot be deposited as fat by the body. This makes it an outstanding source of energy for those on low carbohydrate diets.

Dosage:

Bulletproof XCT Oil is the ideal supplement for Bulletproof coffee, shakes or green smoothies. XCT can also be added to salad as regular cooking oil or included in other dishes. Do not heat to more than 120°C.

Start with 1 teaspoon of XCT per day - ideally in the morning in coffee - and then slowly increase the dose to 3 spoons a day. Too much oil at once, especially if the body is not used to it, may lead to a laxative effect.
